Today we:

-had mission impossible in Phys Ed

- wrote about what we did over the break

-introduced 2 new literacy stations

-watched a couple videos about magnetism

-we practiced some division on SplashLearn for our tech time

Friday, February 21st - Part 2

We had a great time outside today, the weather was perfect! Today we: - Played a math game to practice our multiplication strategies -Did a Pink Shirt Day activity, where we made our own pink shirt designs -Went for a walk around the field -Did Feel Safe Friday

Monday, January 20th

Today we: -We had partners read over our procedural writing -Our root word of the day was struct, what are words that use this root word? -We went to Phys Ed and played HORSE -Learned about lightning and why it happens (positive and negative charges) -We practiced our long division on SplashLearn We have been enjoying using SplashLearn in the classroom, and have gotten a few questions on how to use it at home!

Wednesday!

So far this week: -We had our first PE class today -We started self portraits, one side is our face and the other side is our interests and hobbies -We completed our One Word Projects -We had our first assembly of the year where we talked about expectations and that we all belong at Northern Lights School -We played Math games with cards REMINDER: Please return forms that were sent home in blue folders as soon as possible.
